01Run the installerThe MSI installs per user, without elevation. That is deliberate: a booth machine does not always have an administrator account to hand one hour before doors.
02Allow it through the firewallWindows asks for network permission on first launch. Accept for both Private and Public profiles: a stage network is almost always seen as "Public" by Windows, and that is the profile where inbound packets are dropped without a word.
03Paste the licence keyIt arrived by email, in the form EAO-WS-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. Activation needs the network once; after that the machine starts offline for thirty days without asking again.
04Plug in the deck networkOne RJ45 cable between the machine and the booth switch is enough. The decks announce themselves — there is nothing to configure on the Pioneer side.
