LTC, on the sound card

Linear timecode leaves as an audio signal, on an ordinary sound card output.

Pick the device, the channel, the level. It is audio: it cables, meters and distributes like any other line. Most consoles and video players read it directly.

LTC natively tolerates varispeed — that is, the DJ’s pitch. That is what makes it the transport to prefer when the speed moves, and it always moves.
